SURPLUS Click .ORG’s missions are

• to free Surplus Funds to those who should be beneficiary at exteremely fast pace
• to provide extremely high-quality and accuracy of surplus information at REAL-TIME
• to provide real-time skip-tracing information
• to provide beneficiaries and recovery specialists with real-time updated information of surplus funds
• to provide beneficiaries with the lowest costs by connecting the most promising recovery specialists and attorneys
• to make claiming processes transparent aboout their money from siezed funds
• to assist recovery specialists (3rd parties) and attorneys
• to make recovery industry grow fast
• to provide Web-Tools such as Virtual Office Suite and CRMs for free
• to enhance A.I. based data mining algorithms, smart databasing, CRM tools, and Virtual Office Suites, which recovery experts will enjoy them for free, under the belief that such contribution will make beneficiaries feel safe and better.

In 2018, two computer science and data science persons began working on mining surplus funds from pre-/foreclosure auction of properties. Since January 2019, we had been away from such data-mining practices. Recently, we reunited to make a whole system which covers

1. mining surplus funds data across the whole nation at REAL-TIME
2. collection of auction results (sold prices) in order to compute highly accurate surplus amounts from total debts that prospects' debt backgrounds.
3. bridges between data-mining systems and auction systems decentralized from the decisions by county courts (2,525 counties avialable out of total 3,143 counties, in 2024)
4. computation of highly accurate surplus funds amount based on prospects' debt histories from mortgage loans, default amounts, bankruptcies, open-loans, liens, and many other factors.
5. developing and applying machine-learning and pattern recognition algorithms to locate the right prospects by discovering property information, incorrect naming, human mistakes, and many other factors
6. hybrid model of databases to propagate any types of CRM relational DB system.
7. mining skip-tracing information.
8. providing beneficiaries, recovery specialists, and property attorneys with extremly fast updates of all data.

Since 2023, after four members joined our projects, the whole members became consisted of

• Professional Property Attorney: 25 year experienced property attorney in Indiana (she covers 12 states and will appear in attorney network)
• Professional Recovery Specialist: 10 year experienced recovery specialists (she/he will appear in agent network)
• Voice actor: to produce daily update video in YouTube
• 1 x 72 CPU cores with 256GB Memory and 34 TB System for data mining
• 1 x 32 CPU cores with 96GB Memory web server
• 4 x Artificial Neural Network / Parallel Distributed Computation System which carry out machine learning, pattern recognition, categorization, and human-like error corrections

SURPLUS Click .ORG is, as stated, a non-profit STEM Organization to aim innocent beneficiaries. The present organization is based on donation. For this, SURPLUS Click .COM donates periodically, selling the information to end users such as property/tax attorneys as well as recovery agents.
Recently, as our information enriches recovery specialists, we begin having increasing number of donors for the charity of technological contribution.
The donation makes us to go forward to:

• expanding Parallel Distributed Computational System to support Aritifical Neural Networks
